NextGen Leaders Conference 2026 is a 3-day gathering for kids, youth, and young adult ministry leaders who are ready to live on mission. This year’s theme—On Mission—is a call to recommit to the unfinished work Jesus gave the Church: to go and make disciples who make disciples. It’s not a new mission, it’s an unfinished one.
Across three days, leaders will be equipped through powerful main sessions, age-specific ministry breakouts, and practical ministry training. With focused tracks for kids, youth, and young adult leaders, and pre-conference masterclasses designed for deep learning, this conference is built to speak directly to your context.
One hundred years ago, a generation of Spirit-empowered leaders launched a movement that brought us to this moment. Now, it’s our turn to step into that legacy—united, equipped, and on mission.
